Hey Phillipa me too! People are good for me. I need them like a plant needs water. But I get anxious and socially phobic before going out or meeting someone. And I don't lack social skills really. Once I do it I like it. Right now I've had a great day at work, productive and collaborative, I'm happy and am looking forward to going home. But I know that as the evening wears on I'll get more and more neurotic. I don't know what's good for me and I know that! Life's a bugger really
yours
Fred
