That's not acceptable at all :( Have you tried taking 10mg three times a day? - morning, noon and early afternoon. Taking Parnate in divided dose lessens the effect on BP. Nardil normally decreases BP. A decrease in BP is also common with Parnate. Unlike Nardil, Parnate can sometimes cause spontaneous hypertension. You might have to stop taking it if your BP remains elevated.

I have not heard of an interaction between Lamictal and Parnate.
