Sorry you are still hurting. What is you medicine regime now?
At this point, I'm going to encourage you to come to the U.S. Obviously being around your family isn't helping you, they don't understand what you are going through, so in their ignorance they make fun of you..how wrong and how sad. Is there ANYWAY you can live with a friend, relative, someone in Texas until you can get on your feet? I just don't see another way. Come to Texas, get good quality medical help, rest, get well, and then finish school or get a job.This is what i advise. I hope you can do this, because most importantly you need to get under good quality medical care to find out exactly what the problem is, have blood work done...you never know, it could be a thyroid condition causing this..or something else.
