I haven't noticed any problems yet. What's nice is my libido is returning. It's sort of like, "Oh yeah! Girls! I like girls again!" LOL. It's all that SSRI chemical castration wearing off I think.
There are slightly fewer augmentation strategies since it's an MAOI. I think testosterone levels should be looked at. Cautiously adding a stimulant, testosterone, Periactin (cyproheptadine), or ginkgo biloba are about the only remedies I'm aware of.
