>Yea, go kind of slowly, but not too slow, try 1.50 all at once and observe how you feel. Tepi i would never tell you to do anything that i would not do myself. What i suggest is the same thing my very good psychiatrist told me to do when i was feeling horrible like you do, anyway it helped a lot.
So no matter what, i still believe in this. However, I don't want you to get confused. So I think it's important that you listen to one person, ACE..if he can stay in steady contact with you. I will always be here to support you Tepi in anyway i can. And if Ace isn't there for you on a regular basis, I will still recommend higher dose Xanax to get you through this, and as you raise your nardil to perhaps as high as 90, then it will be time to taper the Xanax. I only want the best for you my friend, and i think you know that by now. God Bless You Tep.
