How long do you find Xanax lasts for you? How many hours? It's not uncommon for people to take it four times a day, or even every 4 hours.

You said 2mg/day was good for your fear a few weeks ago. You could start by trying 0.5mg four times a day, and adjust the dose from there.
I'm sorry that Nardil is so expensive for you. You need to find a cheaper source. Have you asked all the local pharmacies whether they could obtain it for you, and at what cost?
