I'm really sorry to hear that the depression has crept back up on you. God, do I know what that feels like.
I think the best thing for you to do is to talk to your doc about the depression. You may need a meds adjustment.
Two questions: Do you have schizophrenia?
Also, psychotherapy is good for depression. In fact, drugs and psychotherapy provide the most benefit. Are you in therapy right now?
