The 3 years on Parnate I never lost weight from it. Not even Parnate and Adderall. I have a painfully slow metabolism because of my thyroid and because of my ED.

But YOU, please be careful with the passing out. Drink more water.

The first time, I developed hypotension with syncope, had a seizure, and ended up in the E.R. where I was sent (involuntarily) to an eating disorders unit. Now that I have fired my treatment team (and am going off of Parnate) it's not such a concern but last week I collapsed twice in the subway and my weight is around 90 (I'm 5'2") - when I wasn't on Parnate, I didn't start collapsing until my weight reached the 70's. There is undeniably a connection there. You are not going to make it very long on Parnate if you're restricting heavily. It has nothing to do with your weight. It has to do with your intake. So basically you'll end up in the ER with an IV in your arm and possibly an NG tube up your nose and your weight loss efforts will have been futile.
