It was more that just a mild to moderate headache, though. What made mine unmistakable was that it produced a throbbing or pounding sensation at the base of my skull behind my neck (occipital). I was able to mitigate the intensity by remaining standing. If I sat down, it would worsen. I guess you have to take any headache seriously if it occurs in proximity to a suspect meal.
