> If you've tried Lexapro, Celexa probably won't work. I was under the impression that Lexapro was a version of Celexa i.e. they isolated specifically what made Celexa work (they singled out the isomer or something) and made it into Lexapro. That's why the drug maker began pushing Lexapro over Celexa.

Interesting!.. Well, Lexahell, as I like to call it, did a number on me. I couldn't even deal with the side effects. From what I remember, it made me into a zombie, lethargic as hell, like the walking dead. I quit it pretty quickly after that. There were other side-effects, but I don't remember what they were.

I think Celexa might be causing anxiety. I'm only on 10mg, and I'm supposed to go to 20 soon. Not sure if I'll make it to 20... The anxiety has been getting worse just recently after moving to 10 (did 4 days of 5mg to get used to the med).. I can't take Prozac for the same reason. Gave me *severe* anxiety. I couldn't live like that.

Met a bi-polar person at a bar last night. What are the odds? :)
