My doctor took me off Effexor (37.5mg x 3 daily) on Tuesday of last week, March 28th. I have had the worst 5 days you can imagine. Brain zaps, dizziness, and headaches are the problems. I am able to spend about 2 hours up, and then back to bed for 2 hours. My appetite is fine. I also take 300mg of Wellbutrin daily. I won't go back on this monster. Good luck, my fingers are crossed for you.
