Caffiene has the tendency to decrease the rate of intestinal absorbancy in a hand full of drugs. Cipro and Lithium are things we normally see.
I would think twice before you guzzle a double expresso. The caffiene will also make you run to the bathroom quite often on Cipro. Yeah, it can kill anything in your system, but you don't want a lesser amount in your body, plus the bathroom sucks!
