I have used sudafed (in Allegra-D), and it made me very nervous/anxious, but my blood pressure was fine. I have even used my old Ventolin inhaler (for asthma)...still, no problems. I've taken hydrocodone, and oxycodone (for dental work)
In fact, I don't think I have had any significant blood pressure problems while on Parnate (or nardil)... I should stress that my experience with MAOIs is probably not the "norm". Everyone reacts differently.
I take Parnate 50-60mg and Klonopin .5 to 1.5mg
