even on the low dose, you must be off lexapro completely right? i know it effects multiple neurotransmiters, but does it effect serotonin anymore than an SSRI? also, one of my docs said he did a study on it, and in this study, even at the higher doses, dietary restrictions were not given, and there were no problems.
