If you have missed three days of Lamictal, there is a possibility that you will experience a rash-reaction if you restart it at 300mg. One can only guess at how to best restart the drug. If it were me, I would probably shoot for 150mg the first day and raise the dosage by 50mg every day. This would be considered to be a fairly conservative approach, I imagine.
I guess you could try going back up to 300mg immediately and be alert for the appearance of a rash. However, I would definitely recommend that you split up your doses and not take it all at once. Perhaps 75mg every 6 hours?
