> OK--here's the thing: sometimes, when I sleep, I talk--to people. People will try to talk to me, and I talk back, but I'm always angry...I've thrown pillows at people, telling them to F--- Off (not normal behavior for me), I've told people to go to hell, etc...then, I wake up,and I don't remember it. What's going on? This happens both on and off medications.

Not everything in life is a pathology -- lots of people talk in their sleep. You may be caught in a sleep paralysis state or something similar that you really have no control over. I can imagine its frustrating and embarassing but its some part of our sleep to wake cycle.

I have occasionally been known to try to "finish a dream" by talking aloud, or I think I have spoken anyway, I don't videotape myself [humour] -- and I have a sense that I said something as I woke up.

Pleasant dreams, hopefully
