is provigil the buspar of adhd?

Posted by mike99 on March 15, 2006, at 10:07:56

I get the impression provigil more or less just keeps you awake rather than helping with inattention and hyperactivity. I believe has received FDA approval for ADHD under the name "Sparlon".

I've read a few prior PB posts reporting positive effects with attention span, but that seems to be the exception rather than the rule. And I also haven't heard any positive regarding hyperactivity.

Could anyone share some thoughts/experiences on this?
