Tks Ed, I'll keep in mind when get to a pain management doc.

Meanwhile, my visit to a new P is next week; forget what to tell him about the Val re: paradox, yet now seems to be working o.k., seems I need less?!

I have so much fear of another NB though. I can't take any chances!!

I'm thinkin' P will want throw me on an AD .. seems some of you recommended maybe Elavil or Pamelor, .. maybe Abilify. I've never tried Abilify. Any other ideas?

Since want off trazodone for sleep, asked PCP for help. He gave me Rozerem 8mg. Took night before last, about an hour after 10mg Val, for sleep. Slept good. Next day 'hung over' tho 'interestingly calm'! I think tonight I'll take half (yes, told doc). It's 'nonaddictive' & supposed to not 'hang you over'(sp?) so may be just early symptom that will dissipate.

You've been throwing around lots of diff' add-ons to the benzos here. I've printed some.

Wonder how to present to P w/o offending him or seeming to want to take control?

bestwishes,cf
