And I agree, traz is a very old and dirty drug. Benadryl (for many) gives them that day after, groggy feeling. For me traz doesn't do that so maybe it is the benadryl? I have been taking ambien CR now and it seems to work except that I wake up in the middle of the night, control released or not! Lunesta is about the same as ambien. Seroquel is a great sleeping pill if you don't mind dragging your *ss the whole next day in a daze. Back down on the traz and try the Unisom . Maybe all you need is a change.
