Subconscious levitation of a pen ? :)

Its hard to gauge how long it takes one to sleep but being a lifetime insomniac I know fairly well staring at the clock again whether I've been up for 30 minutes or an hour and have to readjust the alarm if possible.

Worthwile pondering though. I envy the people who lie down and 5 minutes later you hear gentle snoring. I think it takes me an average these days with medicational help of 20-45 minutes at least but I could be wrong.
