You're right, the biggest part of dealing with doctors is making them think things are their idea. Nurses quickly learn to play the same game with doctors to get what they need for their patients. I just don't get why they have such huge egos, from reading Psycho-Babble, it's pretty obvious that for pdocs at least their success rate isn't that hot. ( And surgeons, of course are even worse.)
