I just wonder if it's anything to have concern over, as it's listed as a more dangerous side effect. And I wonder why it occurs. It feels precisely like lactic acid build up from excercise, which is a good thing generally, means the build up of muscle mass. However it could also be nerve fiber or neurological as well, and therefore not so good....

I can understand a bit of muscle tension though from the Parnate. If you think about it it is not a real 'relaxing' drug. It is (fir kack of a better term) an 'upper.'
