It took a couple of months, so another week or two should do it for you (hopefully). keep in mind that everyone is different, and we may not be on the same dosage. I started at 37.5 and then went to 75 and that is where I have stayed.

Thanks. I should have noted that I am on 75 mg. It works well with my GAD and the sexual side effect is much less than it was when I was on Paxil so I want to stay on it. It's just I feel the pressure on top of my head which makes for the light-headed/dizziness. Is your memory loss from the Effexor?
