I need a med that will jumpstart me like...

Effexor did before it pooped out on me. It would be a med for depression. My anxiety is well under control with Klonopin.
I tried Zoloft which made me too sleepy all day long, Wellbutrin, which also put me to sleep mid-day, and Lexapro, which didn't really seem to do much. Cymbalta didn't seem to do much either.
I am back to emotional outbursts (angry ones) and crying at the drop of a hat after being off SSRIs/SNRIs for about a month. I thought I could get by with just Klonopin during the day and doxepin at bedtime for insomnia, but obviously I NEED something for depression.

p.s. - Weight gain is an issue. I have gained back the 30 lbs. I lost while on Effexor and I hate my body right now!
