Valium is a great med. Been around for years. No real bad side effects or withdrawal either. I much prefer them to AD's . Others are xanax, ativan , klonopin. Those are the most popular ones. If you are drozzy for tired your pdoc can decrease the dose or take it at bedtime. Good luck. Fondly, Phillipa
