I've been on klonopin for 12 years. I take 2mgs once a day at night. Nothing has workded even close for my SAD and GAD. Not even other benzos. I'm med sensitive, other anti depressants just made things worse. Seems the range most have success on with klonopin for true SAD is between 1 and 4mgs a day. Some like to split does, some (like me) only take it at night. It has a long half life so once it's been in you a while you probably don't have to split doses. All I can say is it changed my life.
