OK, question on nefazadone side effects

Hey, thanks to everyone for answering my previous questions on serzone.

My newest question is this: As concernces the side effect of weakness and sedation, have users of serzone noted that the weakness and sedation improve over a couple of weeks? I'm on 200mg. A side question- sexual side effects on SSRIs seem to be permenant so long as your on the medicine- is this true? What about lexapro?
