I know about cycling moods, what about anxiety?

Diagnoses:
Cyclothemia (tentative) - depakote
Social Anxiety (Severe) - klonopin
ADHD - aderal (rarely, as needed)

Lately I've noticed that my anxiety seems to be near perfect for a day or two, where then for a day or so it will be very high. (The times I take the aderal has no bearing on this fyi.)

Any ideas?
