I think this is a very healthy approach to benzos. In retrospect, I was going for full anxiety control, rather than taking just enough to be functional and then working on the rest in therapy. Are you in therapy, BTW?

I'm just finding out about a whole host of therapy-based tools for coping with anxiety and wish my last therapist had provided me with a better toolkit... I'm going to be trying a course of EMDR this summer, which I have high hopes for.
