Seroquel and other antipsychotics boost the effects of some SSRIs. I dont know about Lithium.
Remeron is profoundly sedating (some claim less at higher doses, I haven't seen this) and can cause weight gain unless one has a restricted diet. On the other hand, its sometimes a winner of an antidepressant for some despite this unfortunate effect.
