Not to rain on anyone's parade - but my doctor put me on Seroquel about 2-3 years ago for insomnia and within the first year I gained 100 pounds and am now pre-diabetic. Yeah it helps me sleep - but I've slept for 48 hours on a single dose. I can't wait to get off it.
