After two months and many treatments, I can report that the TMS does help somewhat. I am nowhere near 100%, and I need to go back two days per week for maintenance treatments. But there is a tangible improvement. Considering that there was no improvement whatsoever from any of the medicines I tried, this is a big deal for me.
I a planning to get ECT this summer. I am putting it off until then so that I can make the necessary arrangements and get organized, in case the memory effects are really bad.
