Merry Christmas,
Ive posted on this board off and on for 3 years... I've tried over 40 drugs, had ECT and rTMS and nothing worked... I suffer from bipolar 2.. I'm severely suicidally depressed for 90% of the time.. the other 10% I'm in a weird hyperagitated state... I was just in the Dominican republic before christmas and I decided that that would be my last experience in life... I had planned my suicide for early in the new year.... However, something happened on the trip.. I added Lithium to my Seroquel and a change happened... I suddenly felt calmer and less depressed... I would say I'm 75% close to remission... I just need to optimize my dosages.... I think a major point I need to make is that many of, so called 'treatment-resistant', will NOT respond to one drug... So please, go see a great pdoc and keep agressively treating your mental illness!!Good Luck to All,
