i was wondering which ones are the best for what purpose, so i know what to ask for... so far, the klonopin isnt the most helpful... and at one point made me feel very drunk and stupid (at 2mg with caffeine), while i am not exactly sure what 1mg did (though it may be helping)
i remember ativan being better, would xanax be even better?
now for sleep, temazepam at 30mg (i think it was) didn't always help so much... but when benzos did work for sleep they always felt the cleanest... should i try the gaba-a receptor agonists (ie. imovain, and whatever else) or another unknown but better benzo maybe???
