No way to tell which would work better for you, other than making some general predictions based on expected side effect profiles, for example abilify being somewhat stimulating for most people.
One thing to consider is the sexual side effects. Risperdal is a notorious offender in that department, having a lot to do with it raising prolactin levels significantly.
