Seroquel was added to my daughter's Zoloft for Social Phobia. It took 1-2 weeks to notice the effect and for daytime drowsiness to wear off. She takes 12.5mg at bedtime in addition to 75mg Zoloft. But she's pretty sensitive to meds. Seroquel improves her insomnia as well as sleep maintenance. I know of very few people who have said that it doesn't cause drowsiness if they take it in the morning.
I personally don't think it's right for everyone. Only a trial will tell.
