If alone you might not know you had a seizure. If it is grandmal seizure you would thrash about and maybe bite your tongue. And a lot of people are incontinent during a seizure. Sometimes a doctor will say it is a pseudoseizure if you do not lose continence. And during a real swizure you will not rmember a thing. And most are very tired after a seizure. Post dromol I think is what it's called. Fondly, Phillipa
