hey! yes, meds can be tricky; I'll be the first person to tell you that. Personally, looking back,I found that Trileptal+Klonopin was pretty effective and good for me...not many side effects, nice calming action, etc. etc. Personally, when it comes to anxiety, I think that benzos beat out just about anything else pretty much all the time...also, in a lot of cases of depression, a mood-stabilizer can help (or just treating the anxiety will help for a lot of people).
