I started at 2.5mg with my target dose of 5mg. I may try 5mg but for now 2.5mg is working pretty good. I would start lower than 10mg. I've taken it both AM and PM and now that I'm use to it I will probably go back to PM dosing.
Don't be suprised if you feel a little restless the first couple of doses. If taking PM, don't take it right before bed, take it about 7:00pm.
