I do think that we are all different and need to find the best way to take our meds. There are a lot of other variable factors to be figured in. I think that you're right, whatever works for you, do it!
Just to let you all know, I have been very happy with this message board and feel I am not alone. It's been a big help to me to find other people that are like me.
