Advice? {sheepishly} Follow his advice?
I know, not the best thing when you feel so yucked out. It's just that it probably is the right advice -- you're still in the adjustment phase, and that's when things tend to be bad. If you can tough it out, you'll see how things are likely to work out with this combo.
From my own perspective, lowering the WB would be my first suggestion, though, maybe sooner and if necessary raise it again later? That's not good science, because it's making multiple changes at one time, but it might help a lot with your fidgets. I still have excess fidgets, although some of that is me -- anxious, used to maximising calorie expenditures, often by fidgeting and hoping it burns calories. Some, though, is in excess of "just me."
I'm sorry things is not good, Missy. I hope it gets better soon.
Oh, and I've got a story you'll appreciate. Email?
