I tried lots of different doses ranging between 15 mg and 2.5 mg. I liked the 2.5 mg dose the best. I would have liked it better if I only took it every 3 days. 15 mg was ok first when I was still taking zyprexa with it, but when I went off the zyprexa it was panic attack city. Of coarse I went back on the zyprexa and felt better imediatly. So I gave up on abilify against my doctors opinion. After that later on I tried smallar doses and found it worked much better. But once again I was just so wide awake all the time that it started killing my sleep. And I gave up on it and went back to zyprexa... Abilify had its good moments though the energy was great and it put me in realy good moods. I talked a lot more. Wanted to be active all the time. No Benzo's. Could have been a little akathisia.
