I've been taking Abilify 2.5mg for about 2 years and have done very well with it as for its AD effects. I also take Concerta 36mg. Perhaps you should take your Abilify in the morning so that the side effects will occur when you are asleep, that's when I take mine and the side effects were barely noticeable.
