Poor Ed, still trying to learn abt Li blood levels. ;) I posted a question a while back and very few folks responded. I'm guessing a lot of pdocs agree w/ Optimist's.

I only had my Li level done the once (.5, AD augmentation). I recently tried to go up a little more b/c I was *still* somewhat depressed. It didn't work though. It made me sicker, so I'm back at the lower dose.

Other random Li level info that I learned from my pdoc: the Li blood level generally stays stable unless you are in a manic state. In a manic state your body metabolizes the med more quickly. Interesting, huh?

Best,
EE
