How real sounding are these voices? Do they sound like regular voices? Is it a male or female voice? What exactly do they say?
If you have schizophrenia you would say that these voices sound real, like regular voices, and that they are male or female or both, and that they say specific things such as negative comments about yourself.
It does sound like you may have OCD instead, to me. Usually, though, people with OCD don't call their thoughts voices.
You also call your voices "thoughts." Are they thoughts or real voices? People with schizophrenia do not experience "thoughts", they hear voices, no different from what might be on the radio.
Do you have any other symptoms of schizophrenia? Usually people with schizophrenia have many symptoms.
