mirtazapine knocks you out "normally" in approx. 3-4h in the smallest dosage and you sleep until midday...in long term use and higher dosages when it hits noradrenaline transmission this will disappear. Sleeping until midday would be good...but you cant :-( Interestingly during night I am much more active when possible, I think even my brain seems to be running better.
