The depression and anxiety: did they come back in full force after stopping the Effexor? If I remember correctly, you were going to try to be "drug free" for a while. How has it been for you without the Effexor?
Sometimes I wonder; there is so much about the human mind, hormones and chemistry that is unknown and misunderstood. Is our depression and anxiety an outcome of our "nurturing" or is it "nature" like diabetes, asthma, hypertension? Combo of both? Am I being niave and optimistic thinking that I don't need to take an AD or SSRI?
