I would recomend buying yourself a blood pressure monitor. YOu can also ask your doctor for an emergency antihypertensive (not sure which one is used for this).
You could also try nardil which has a much less risk of inducing spontanious hypertensive crisis.
I had a spontanious hypertensive crisis on parnate.
