It may actually be the combination of the celexa and the fish oil, are you still taking 5 g's ?
I had the exact same problem when I was taking celexa and loads of fish oil. I would get strange sweating and strange hot flashes etc.
Reducing the fish oil eliminated it, but I was disapointed that I had to reduce the fish oil.
If you are still taking the fish oil, it may be this, (esp since the anticholinergics seem to help)Linkadge
