I don't know where to turn?! I take 225 Effexor XR and 300 Wellbutrin XL, a prenatal vitamin w/ an iron supplement and am still fatigued?? Blood tests have been done but nothing yet and this is not me. I can hardly get out of bed and when I do, not for long. Any suggestions??
